ABDOMEN SCAN ANALYSIS

LIVER

• Normal in size and shows increased echogenicity.
• GRADE I FATTY LIVER.

GALLBLADDER 

• Well-distended. intraluminal calculus measuring up to 11mm. Wall thickness is normal.
• CHOLELITHIASIS.

• Well-distended. No evidence of calculi. Wall edema noted.
• GALL BLADDER WALL EDEMA.

UTERUS

• Mildly bulky in size (7.5 x 5.3 x 5.2 cms) and echogenicity. Endometrial thickness(6.3mm). No focal lesions.
• MILDLY BULKY UTERUS.

UTERUS & OVARIES

• if uterus removed then have to mention post-hysterectomy status.

PROSTATE

• Enlarges in size (25cc) and echogenicity.
• GRADE I PROSTATOMEGALY.
